Episode 74- Day 30 of 30 Days To More Sales - Stop Trying to Fix Everything: Your 30-Day Business Focus Plan

Oct 10, 2026

You made it to Day 30.

And after spending a month looking at all the different places a product business can lose sales, I want to end with the thing I think matters most.

Don’t try to fix all of them.

That might actually be the biggest danger after a series like this.

You’ve looked at your products.

Your website.

Your customers.

Your email.

Your inventory.

Your pricing.

Your ads.

Your numbers.

Your time.

And if you’re anything like me, you can probably see ten things you’d like to make better.

But ten priorities are not priorities.

They’re another to-do list.

I’ve had plenty of weeks in business where I was busy from Monday morning until Friday afternoon.

Emails answered.

Problems solved.

Meetings held.

Numbers checked.

About 47 tabs open.

And then I could get to the end of the week and have a hard time answering one very important question:

What actually got better?

That’s what I want to change with this final episode.

Because you do not need to fix your entire business in the next 30 days.

You need to decide what deserves your attention first.

And then stay with it long enough to actually make a difference.

IN THIS EPISODE, YOU’LL HEAR:

  • Why learning more isn’t always the answer when you already know there are several things to fix
  • How being busy all week can still leave the business in almost the same place on Friday
  • Why a good marketing idea can still be the wrong thing for your business right now
  • How I think about deciding what deserves attention first
  • Why different sales problems need very different fixes
  • How to make a big, complicated business feel more manageable
  • Why established business owners often need more focus, not more information
  • What I want you to do with everything you’ve learned during these 30 days

YOUR ONE CLEAR NEXT STEP

Look back over the 30 Days to More Sales series and ask yourself:

Which episode made me think, “Yep. That’s my problem”?

Start there.

Not with five episodes.

Not with everything you highlighted.

Choose the one area that deserves your best attention for the next 30 days.

Your goal now isn’t to collect more ideas.

It’s to make something in the business noticeably better.

For the last 30 days, we’ve looked at places your product business could be losing sales, profit, time, and momentum.

But the point was never to give you 30 more things to do.

The point was to help you see your business more clearly so you can make a better decision about what needs your attention next.

One problem. One fix. One clear next step.
